1. Collection, processing and use of personal data
The legal basis for the collection, storage and processing of personal data can be found primarily in the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO). This includes primarily names, address data, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. Information about preferences, memberships or, for example, previously visited websites may also represent personal data.
2. Making contact
If you contact us (e.g. by e-mail or via our contact form), the data transmitted from you will be used for the purpose of processing your inquiry as well as for possible processing or follow up questions. The legal basis for the processing is the necessity for implementation of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal storage obligations.

You have the following rights against us with regard to your personal data:

4. Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

From the moment of knowledge of your revocation, the permissibility of the processing of your personal data will be influenced. Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on weighing interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO, you may object to the processing. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the facts and will either discontinue or adapt the data processing or point out our overriding reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time.

5. Disclosure to third parties
We transfer your personal data to third parties as far as this is necessary for the execution of bookings of the processing of payments. The legal basis for the transfer is the necessity for the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without your expressed consent.
6. Use of online booking
If you make a booking via our website, your personal data such as name, address, e-mail address etc. is required for the conclusion of the contract. Mandatory information required for the processing of contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data provided by you in order to process your booking. For your bookings your data will be passed on to the respective residence. This is necessary so that the individual residences can properly prepare and carry out their stay and can contact you in the event of last-minute changes. It may also be necessary for us to forward your payment data to the respective payment service provider or our bank for payment processing purposes. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1lit. b) DSGVO.
It is also possible that we may use the contact data you provide to inform you about other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you technical information by e-mail. Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of three years. However, after two years we will restrict the processing so that only those data will continue to be stored which are in connection with the aforementioned legal obligations.
To prevent unauthorized persons access by third parties to your personal data, financial data in particular, the ordering process will be encrypted.
7. Server log files
Each time a user accesses our website, information is stored in a log file by our hosting provider. These so-called log files contain the following information about retrieved files, status codes, timestamps and system information. These data are not personal and they do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the specific person.
In addition, IP addresses are also stored in log files. For us these are not easily assignable to a specific person. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following aforementioned data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of your data, is only used for the purpose of guarantee. Legal basis for the processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests in accordance with the Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO.8.
9. Web Analytics with Google
(Universal) Analytics Our website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.com). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you, such as so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Through the activation of IP anonymization on this website will use the IP address before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Legal basis for the processing is the necessity to protect our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO, namely our interest in the statistical evaluation of the usage behaviour of our website users and, if applicable, your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO in conjunction with recital 32 Clause 2 (selection of technical settings).
10. Conversion measurement with the visitor action pixel from Facebook
Facebook Remarketing: Within our online offering, so-called “Facebook pixels” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker way, Melo Park, CA 94025, USA, and Facebook Inc. are used. If you are a resident in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). Using the Facebook pixel, it is possible to determine the visitors of our offer as a target group for the presentation of advertisements, so-called “Facebook Ads”. Accordingly, we use Facebook pixels to display Facebook ads placed by us only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our Internet offering. This means that with the help of the Facebook pixel, we would like to ensure that our Facebook ads are in the users’ potential interest and are not harassing. The Facebook pixels is directly integrated by Facebook when you visit our website and can store a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file on your device. The data collected about you is anonymous to us and does not give us any information about the identity of the user. 11. Conversion measurement with Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We use the “Google AdWords”, the online advertising program of the Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
In the context of Google AdWords, we also use the so-called Conversion Tracking, the associated analysis service. When you click on a Google AdWords ad, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that you clicked the ad and were directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that adhere is no ability to track cookies through AdWords customer websites.
The information collected through the Conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers like us. This provides us with information such as the total number of users who clicked on our ads and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. On some of our pages plugins from social networks are integrated. Currently we use the following plugins: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the server of the respective social network as soon as you visit our website. This gives the network operator the information that you have visited our site with your IP address.
The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the respective network and are logged in there. If you are logged in to the network, your data collected by us will be directly assigned to your user account and stored there. If you click the button and, for example, link the page, the network also stores this information in your user account and communicates it publicly to your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using social networks.
Through the plugins we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plugins is according to Art. 6 para. 1f) DSGVO.
We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. Also, for the deletion of the collected data by the respective network no network is available to us.

14. Integration of Google Maps
On the website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to conveniently use the map function.
