Do I have to pay in advance?

If you book directly through us, you do not need to make an advanced payment. If you use an online booking portal for your booking, we need your credit card as a guarantee.

Do I have a contact person?

Of course! Our team is looking forward to meeting you. We are always there for you and answer all your questions during your stay. You can find us in the office or by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 – 17 o’clock. You can also reach us by phone outside our opening hours. We make sure that you receive our contact details with your booking information.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Only if you book through other portals. If you book directly, we can agree on a credit card, invoice or cash payment.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

a) From the 30th day before the beginning of the stay: 30% of the agreed total price, b) 29th – 22nd day before the beginning of the stay: 60% of the agreed total price,
c) from the 21st day before the start of the stay: 80% of the agreed total price,
d) if the customer fails to show up or cancels on the day of arrival: 100 % of the agreed total price.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, China Union Pay, JCB & Maestro.

Can I extend my stay?

Of course. Just check the availability with your contact person. To simplify this process, it is best to let us know as soon as you know about your plans to extend your stay.

When can I check in?

You can check in independently with your access data from 16:00 o’clock or a little earlier by arrangement.

What time can I check out?

Check-out is until 11:00. If you request a late check out, we will always try to make it possible, but please understand that this is not always possible due to occupancy.

Do you have a reception?

Yes! Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 o’clock and only a phone call away. For the sake of simplicity and security, entrance is possible 24/7.

How can I contact you?

We will make sure that you get the phone number of your contact person with your booking confirmation. They are available by phone from Monday to Friday and in the office from 8:30 to 17:00 o’clock.

Is anyone available outside of office hours?

Yes! Your contact person is also there for you outside of our opening hours. The telephone number will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.

Are bed linen and towels available?

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided and changed every week. If you wish, we can also change your bed linen and towels more than once a week for a small fee.

Is it possible to do laundry?

Our residences all have coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, ironing boards and irons for use. The coins can be ordered at the time of booking or bought at our reception for € 1 per coin.
(Premium packages include free washing coins.)

What facilities do I have to cook?

All apartments are equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill and glasses, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. If you want to go out to eat, ask our team for insider tips. He will give you secret tips with directions.

Do you clean the apartments?

All apartments are cleaned weekly free of charge.

How safe are your residences?

Security is our top priority. Thanks to our security system and camera surveillance, we can guarantee that only our guests and their guests have access to the apartment entrances.
